Thanks DW! It's actually a really funny story about how we chose the lot. We went looking at the lot across the street but didn't like that our backyard would be right up against a main street in the neighborhood. We happened to see this lot with a for sale sign in the front. It's funny because our Ryan Homes SR didn't even know that it had been put on the market. We snagged it up immediately! It's got a nice protected area to one side so we'll have privacy on that side. But had we not seen that random for sale sign in the front we would have never scored that lot!
