Hi guys! Sorry I haven't updated my blog in a couple of days...its been a little crazy around my place (three family birthdays!!). Our NVR meeting went well enough. No surprises really...Chris M was very professional and answered all of our questions. Of course, once all the final options go in we will probably have some more questions...LOL- the options! Anyway- I was very interested in a fellow blogger (Another Rome) who went into great detail on comparison shopping for loans. The hubby has decided to do the same so he is looking for comparable offers. When he went to a bank the loan officer stated "I HATE NVR!" HAHAHA. They do make it hard not to use NVR since you get that great incentive. While the rates were better, we come out better for our monthly payments just due to that huge incentive. Oh well...the loan will be sold within 48 hours anyway.
